1. Finders Service
The AngloEstates finders service is aimed at providing one-off supervised services for
non-residents and local residents who need repairs or renovations to their property in Israel.
We have relationships with many professional companies and workmen and can assure you that
they will provide you with competitive prices and a high standard of workmanship.

2. Maintenance Contracts
An AngloEstates Maintenance contract is specifically designed to assist non-residents as
well as local residents to free themselves of the worries of home ownership in Israel. Anglo
Estates will maintain and manage your property in Israel while you avoid the headaches.
There are two types of Maintenance Contracts available.
A. Full Level Maintenance Contract.
B. Basic Level Maintenance Contract.
A. Full Level Maintenance Contract
For the yearly price of your contract we will visit you property periodically and send you
a full report of the properties condition. Should the need arise for repairs or renovations,
we will source and arrange for electricians, plumbers, painters, handymen, and repairmen to
keep your property in excellent condition. We will personally oversee all work.
An additional benefit of an AngloEstates Full Level Maintenance Contract is that we will oversee all repairs to your property FREE of charge as part of your contract (ie. Electrical and plumbing). In addition, should you wish to renovate, improve or secure your property, you will receive a 50% discount on our finders service fee for locating product sources.
B. Basic Level Maintenance Contract
AngloEstates undertake to look after your interests with regard
to your property for a yearly fixed price plus a service charge
for any service that may be required during the duration of the

3. Utilities Service
The AngloEstates Utilities service is aimed at providing a one-off supervised service for
change of ownership or taking possession of a new property.
AngloEstates will attend to the connection or transfer of your gas, electricity, water and arnona (municipal rates and taxes) registration. If there are any arnona discounts for an unoccupied apartment we will attend to this on your behalf. We will work closely with the clients attorneys should the need arise.
4. Building & Alteration Services
AngloEstates offers a building & alteration service for local residents (non-residents
please see our "Finders" service). Quotations will be provided on a per-project basis. Please

5. Additional Services
In addition to the above services, AngloEstates has an association with companies that can
offer you property sales and purchases, property rentals, legal services, financial services
and property consulting. If you need any of these services or have any
other specific requests, please contact us.
