FEES
1. Finders Service
It is your responsibility to pay any and all suppliers for any services rendered on your behalf under this contract. Our charge for any of the services listed in the Finders Service section is a set percentage of the invoice price of the service that has been ordered on your behalf with a minimum charge. Ideally, we would prefer not to be involved in any monetary transactions between you and the supplier. Payments can be made directly through your attorney to the suppliers. If this is not possible, an arrangement can be made to pay the supplier via AngloEstates. Payments to AngloEstates can also be made via your attorney.

2. Maintenance Contracts
2.1 Full level Maintenance Contract
2.1.1 Occupied property
The AngloEstate maintenance contract for occupied property is based on a
pre-agreed fee that is prepaid for the year payable at the start of the contract.
2.1.2 Unoccupied property
The AngloEstate maintenance contract for unoccupied property will be based on
a minimum yearly fee.
From the date of occupancy an occupied maintenance contract will come into effect
and you will be credited for the balance of the unoccupied
property maintenance contract.
An additional benefit of an AngloEstates maintenance contract for both occupied and unoccupied properties is that we will oversee all repairs to your property FREE of charge as part of your contract (i.e. electrical and plumbing). In addition, should you wish to renovate, improve or secure your property, you will receive a 50% discount on our finders service fee for locating product sources.
2.2 Basic level Maintenance Contract
The fee for an AngloEstate Basic Level Maintenance Contract for
occupied property is a basic fixed charge per year (non refundable)
plus a service charge for any services that may be required during
the duration of the Contract. For details regarding the Basic Fixed

The benefits for the property owner is that AngloEstates will always
be at hand to look after your interests with regard to your property
should the need arise. Your tenant may contact AngloEstates at any
time regarding any problems and we will asses the situation and
report back to you. We will arrange to attend to any problems
quickly and efficiently. We will source and arrange for
Electricians, Plumbers, Painters, Handymen, Cleaners etc., to keep
your property in excellent condition. We will inspect all work done
on completion before payment.

3. Utility Services
We charge a one time fee for this service. All additional costs/accounts involved for this service, ie. deposits, switching on fees, outstanding accounts (if any) are your responsibility. AngloEstates will arrange for these additional costs/accounts to be paid on your behalf once such funds have been received. Please contact us for more details.
4. Building & Alteration Services for Residents

5. Rent Collection Service
We also offer a rent collection service at a charge of 5% of the rental of the property per year.
