A. Yes. AngloEstates offers a Finders Service that is aimed at providing one-off supervised services for non-residents and local residents who need repairs or renovations to their property in Israel. We have relationships with many professional companies and workmen and can assure you that they will provide you with competitive prices and a high standard of workmanship.
Q. I recently purchased an apartment in Israel and I need to connect the utilities, do you provide this service?
A. Yes. The AngloEstates Utilities service is aimed at providing a one-off supervised service for change of ownership or taking possession of a new property.
AngloEstates will attend to the connection or transfer of your gas, electricity, water and arnona (municipal rates and taxes) registration. If there are any arnona discounts for an unoccupied apartment we will attend to this on your behalf. We will work closely with the clients attorneys should the need arise.
Q. I am looking for a reliable, quality builder in Israel but I'm looking for an Anglo style service with attention to detail and someone I can trust who comes with references. Can you help me?
